Values

Stewardship

When entrusted with professional coaching care is taken, as we are dealing in the domain of the human being. The approach of “benevolence while maintaining high standards” is our motto.

Empathy

We are feeling beings. By doing our best to understand what our clients are going through allows for a smoother transformational process (for the client).

Trust

We can go further together when we know we can count on each other. Trust creates the environment to take risks so we can advance and maybe dare to do the unimaginable.

Humility

To quote Jim Collins from the book Good to Great and his level 5 leadership definition. “The essential ingredient for taking a company to greatness is having a Level 5 leader, an executive in whom extreme personal humility blends paradoxically with intense professional will”.

Accepting complexity

This allows the integration of the many paradoxes which exist in company life. Humans by nature generally find this notion of paradox challenging. We can learn to use this paradigm to our advantage, transforming complexity into positive and usable energy.

Exemplarity

To quote Mahatma Gandhi, “be the change that you would like to see in the world.” By being exemplary and responsable can we begin to create the companies of tomorrow, today.

Forward thinking

In this ever changing and rapid business world, we need to be one step ahead to anticipate what our next move will be. It is by preparing this anticipation that we can go forward easier.

Willpower

We strive to give the best of ourselves to the client, and that the client gets the best out of their experience with us. We believe that a strong will-power can overcome almost any obstacle.
