As a matter of interest: French law imposes certain obligations on employers, to guarantee the safety and the physical/mental health of its employees…With in companies stress can then be included as psychosocial risk factor.

In October 2004, the European Union ratified an agreement about the origin of professional stress. This gives the privilege to an individual to learn an approach to the management of stress (cf. room commercial and industry of Paris).
